What positive, proactive ideas and structures can help us envision possible futures of rural ministry?
The 2018 Rural Ministry Conference, “Co-operating Congregations in Mission” will explore several
themes and ideas and offer concrete, practical examples that can be adapted to many contexts.
Keynote speakers, Rev. Marcia Kifer and Rev. Dr. Mark Yackel-Juleen brings years of practical experience
and research to the questions around the futures of rural ministry. Breakout times will focus on going
deeper with these speakers, worship and music for small member congregations, rural evangelism, and
creative engaging people through drama. This ecumenical conference includes worship, keynote
